Driver Safety & Liability Commitment

I (the Driver) solemnly commit that:

1. I am an independent contractor. I operate my own business at my own profit and risk, and have no employment, labor, or partnership relationship with RidePickup (HUIWANLI LLC) (and, other than the limited collection-agent authority I grant the Platform for orders I have accepted, no general agency relationship either); I decide on my own whether and when to accept orders and how to perform the service.
2. The Platform only provides technology services and does not drive or operate vehicles itself. I understand RidePickup provides technology services — profile display, order matching, and online payment settlement — and does not drive or own/operate the vehicles used for orders; the actual transportation is provided by me, independently, to the customer, and responsibility for the transportation service rests with me.
3. Compliance, licensing, insurance, and taxes are my responsibility. I independently determine, obtain, and maintain the driver license, vehicle registration, valid vehicle insurance, and (where applicable) operating permits required to provide ride services lawfully, and I file my own taxes. The Platform may, for account, payment, safety, or risk-management purposes, require me to submit information and conduct a formal check of it, but its receipt or check does not constitute any guarantee of my qualifications, insurance, vehicle condition, or service safety, and the consequences are mine to bear.
4. I am fully responsible for service safety. I am responsible for driving safety throughout the service and for the safety of customers’ persons and property, and I will never drive fatigued or impaired, overload, or do anything that endangers safety.
5. If something goes wrong, I bear it, not the Platform. Any traffic accident, personal injury, death, property loss, lost luggage, dispute, violation, or fine occurring during the service, and any claim, administrative penalty, or civil or criminal liability arising from it, is borne by me alone; RidePickup bears no joint, substitute, or supplementary liability (except for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law).
6. I indemnify and hold the Platform harmless. For any claim, loss, fine, or reasonable expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising from the services I provide, my breach of this Commitment or the law, inaccuracy of my information, or a dispute with a customer or third party, I will indemnify and hold harmless RidePickup (HUIWANLI LLC) and its related parties.
7. I provide accurate information and operate lawfully. All information I submit is true and valid and I will keep it updated; I will not use the Platform for anything illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or harmful to customers; I keep customer information confidential and use it only to complete the corresponding order.
8. I have read and agree to the Driver Onboarding & Services Agreement. I have read the Driver Onboarding & Services Agreement in full, understand and accept all of it, and this Commitment is a part of that Agreement.
