Bay Area-specific questions

Common questions for SF/Bay Area pre-booked rides.

Can the driver meet me at SFO international terminal (meet & greet)?
Yes. Mention “meet & greet” when you post. Drivers park and walk into the terminal with a name sign. Typical extra fee: $10-30.
Which airport should I fly into?
Depends on your destination: SFO for SF and Peninsula; OAK for East Bay; SJC for South Bay tech companies. Ground transportation cost from SFO to South Bay can exceed the cost difference of flying into SJC.
Can drivers do a day trip to Tahoe or Napa?
Yes. Tahoe is a full day (3.5h each way, ski or lake activities in between). Napa is a comfortable half-day. Many drivers offer flat-rate packages.
Does the Bay Bridge toll affect my fare?
Tolls on Bay Bridge and Golden Gate Bridge are usually passed through to riders at cost (~$7-10 each way). Drivers will note this in the quote.
