What makes a RidePickup airport transfer different

Uber and Lyft are great for on-demand rides within a city. For a pre-booked airport trip, you want reliability, a driver who speaks your language, and price certainty — booked in advance, so it’s handled before you even land.

Flight tracking

Drivers watch your flight and adjust pickup time if you’re early or delayed. No extra charge for late flights.

Meet at baggage

Driver parks, walks into the terminal, holds a name sign at baggage claim. Helpful for first-time visitors or elderly passengers.

Fixed price up front

We agree a total price before the trip based on your airport, address, and time. No surge, no meter, no surprises on arrival.

Chinese-speaking

Your driver speaks Mandarin, Cantonese, or English. Great for elderly relatives, first-time visitors, or anyone who wants to communicate easily.

Airport transfer FAQ

Quick answers for common questions. The full FAQ is on the homepage.

How far in advance should I book?
For airport transfers, 24 hours ahead is typical. Booking 2-3 days out gives you the most driver choices. Last-minute requests (same-day) sometimes work if a driver is free.
What if my flight is delayed?
Drivers track your flight number and adjust automatically. Most drivers don’t charge extra for reasonable delays (1-2 hours). If your flight is cancelled, contact your driver directly to reschedule or refund.
Is the price fixed, or can it change?
The price we agree up front is fixed for the trip as described. If you change the pickup location, add stops, or have more bags than stated, the price may be adjusted accordingly.
Can drivers provide child seats?
Many drivers have child seats (infant, toddler, or booster). Mention it when you post your request — only drivers with matching seats will quote.
How do I pay?
Payment is simple and flexible — common methods include cash, Venmo, Zelle, or card. We’ll confirm the agreed price and payment details when we arrange your transfer, so there are no surprises.
What if I land late at night or red-eye?
Many drivers accept late-night and early-morning arrivals. When posting, note your exact arrival time — red-eye friendly drivers will quote accordingly.
